The Role: Senior Event Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Event Manager to oversee the planning and execution of weddings, corporate events, and special occasions at our client’s prestigious venue. If you have a passion for creating memorable experiences and leading a team to deliver exceptional service, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Manage: Oversee event operations, manage the Front Of House (FOH) team, and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Plan & Execute: Develop event timelines, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure flawless event delivery.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining high service standards.
  • Budget & Compliance: Manage budgets, monitor financial targets, and ensure events meet all legal and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2-5 years of experience in wedding or event management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
