We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic HR Advisor, to make a significant impact within the organisation based on site in Ramsgate.

First point of contact to all employee related issues and external partners. You will manage and resolve complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievances, sickness absence management and recruitment.

You will need outstanding communication and administration skills, and competent in handling a variation of difficult situations. This is a Monday to Friday role, working 8am - 5pm with a 1 hour for lunch.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all HR employee relations, investigations, grievances & disciplinaries
  • Provide up to date advice to employees on Employment Law and HR policies and policies
  • Handle the full cycle recruitment process
  • Manage and update in house systems with sickness absence, holiday, contracts, offer terms of employment, employee changes and probations - are just a few of the daily tasks
  • Support the on boarding and off boarding.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with staff, Managers and external partners

Requirements

  • CIPD Level 5 highly desirable or Level 3
  • Experienced in a HR work environment with excellent knowledge on Employment Law, disciplinaries
  • Confidentiality of company information to be adhered to at all times.
  • Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good ethical judgement.
