HR Advisor - Ramsgate - Up to £35K - Monday to Friday

We are a recruitment agency partnering with a well-established company in Ramsgate, seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR generalist with a strong background in investigations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.

Key Details:

  • Position: HR Advisor
  • Location: Ramsgate
  • Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (No hybrid working)

Role Overview: As the HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive HR support across the organisation. You will be involved in a range of HR activities, from on and offboarding employees to conducting recruitment processes and supporting managers in HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including on and offboarding.
  • Advising and supporting managers in HR meetings and employee relations.
  • Handling investigations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Providing generalist HR advice and support across the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR generalist, with a strong focus on investigations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ideally, CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards), but not essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
