HR Advisor - Ramsgate - Up to £35K - Monday to Friday

We are a recruitment agency partnering with a well-established company in Ramsgate, seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR generalist with a strong background in investigations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.

Key Details:

Position: HR Advisor
Location: Ramsgate
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (No hybrid working)

Role Overview: As the HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive HR support across the organisation. You will be involved in a range of HR activities, from on and offboarding employees to conducting recruitment processes and supporting managers in HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including on and offboarding.
Advising and supporting managers in HR meetings and employee relations.
Handling investigations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures with professionalism and confidentiality.
Providing generalist HR advice and support across the organisation.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR generalist, with a strong focus on investigations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Ideally, CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards), but not essential.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
