Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a well-establishedM&E business that providesmechanical and electrical services throughout the UK. Due to a new project starting on a School in Ramsgate, my client is looking for a Mechanical Site Manager to work on a freelance basis for around 6 weeks.
The project will involve the installation of Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) and associated Gas works. Someone with experience managing the installation of both would be ideal.
Key duties include:
- Site Management
- Health & Safety management
- Attending internal progress meetings
- Financial management of projects, including procurement and assisting with costings.
- Client liaison
- Liaising with Sub-Contractors
Experience required:
- Experience Site managing the full Mechanical packages (GAS) on Commercial projects
- SMSTS
- NVQ Level 3-Mechanical
- ENHANCED DBS (Essential)
- PASMA
- First Aid
- Strong IT Skills
- Customer facing experience
