The Role
- This role reports directly into the engineering director, progression to engineering manager available
- Overseeing and developing product improvements
- Managing a team of 2 manufacturing engineers
The Person
- Team leader/supervisor experience
- Knowledge and experience of both NPI/NPD
- Any manufacturing background considered, previous experience in aerospace highly desirable
