• Deliver dynamic and engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Foster students' understanding of health and social care concepts, preparing them for further education and career opportunities.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the ongoing development of the health and social care curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.

• Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification (such as QTLS or PGCE).
• Specialisation in Health and Social Care or a related subject.
• A passion for empowering students and helping them achieve their aspirations in healthcare and social services.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
