A leading manufacturer are hiring an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their expanding team.
This position is crucial in supporting with the financial strategy and operation within the business.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with departments heads to provide financial insights and support to drive business performance
- Acting as the main point of contact for commercial finance matters
- Weekly meetings to discuss strategy
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring you are following company goals
- Analyse financial performance and provide monthly KPI reports
- Provide analysis to support with key decision making including capital investments and pricing strategy
- Build and maintain financial models to assess performance
- Perform scenario analysis for projects
- Prepare and present financial reports to key stakeholders
- Risk management
- Identify financial trends within the business
- Monitor cost trends and analysis to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Support with Financial Controls, Compliance and IT process improvement costs
- Ad-hoc duties
Your Experience:
- ACCA or CIMA Qualified
- Strong analytical experience
- Business partnering experience
Location: Rayleigh, Essex
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000
8am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday
