Responsibilities: �?
Prepare surfaces for spraying, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.Apply powder coating using various techniques to achieve desired results.Conduct quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.Troubleshoot and solve coating-related issues in a timely manner.Maintain a clean and organised work area.Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and improve processes.Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Requirements: ??
Proven experience as a Powder Coater or similar role.Strong attention to detail and a high level of precision.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Familiarity with different types of coating materials and techniques.Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE usage.
