JobPurpose
- Preparing year-end financial statements for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders
- Preparing corporation tax computations and returns
- Working closely with the senior management team to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met across the portfolio
- Filing HMRC document on client's behalf
- Preparing monthly and quarterly accounts to the highest standard
- Building strong rapport with clients, proactively handling queries and problem solving
- Complying with internal policies and procedures, including ad-hoc work to support Partners
- Keeping a close eye on news and regulations that could impact your work or the wider firm
- Identifying improvements to processes to increase accuracy and efficiency
- Championing professional development by regularly undertaking training opportunities and skill sharing with the team

Job Requirements
- ATT, ACCA or ACA qualified, part qualified or equivalent
- At least 2 years' experience working in UK practice
- Sound knowledge of UK GAAP and FRS 102
- Proven track record across accounting, tax, and financial reporting
- Resilient and able to manage own workload
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong up-to-date technical accounting knowledge
- Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- A team player able to bring out the best in others
