About the Job:This role provides critical tax expertise to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, advising on processes and control improvements, and offering technical assistance on tax regulations affecting the group. You will work closely with the Finance Director and Group CFO to maintain efficient tax practices across the business.

Duties will include:

  • Managing group tax reporting, including tax provisioning and deferred tax calculations
  • Overseeing group tax audits and ensuring corporate tax compliance
  • Preparing and filing group corporation tax returns and handling payments on account
  • Advising on capital allowances, M&A transactions, and tax planning
  • Assisting with transfer pricing, Pillar II rules, and global tax compliance
  • Managing relationships with HMRC and external advisors

About the Successful Applicant:

You will be a fully qualified tax professional (CTA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with strong experience in tax regulations and tax accounting. You should possess excellent communication and technical skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team, and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
