In terms of level its primarily a PMO administrator role, with a few PMO management type tasks, the ideal candidate have strong level of PMO experience and will be required to be hands-on:* Must have AzureDevSecOps (ADO) experience in a PMO role.* Must be confident with management interaction (example - Program managers/Senior Delivery Leads).* Strongly desirable - the ability to develop PowerBi dashboards for ADO reporting.High Level Tasks:* Monitor and report on resource allocation across technology projects, leveraging Azure DevSecOps pipelines where possible.* Monitor and report on project performance and key performance indicators (KPIs)* Prepare reports on the status of the technology programs using Azure DevSecOps metrics and analytics, and such like including Microsoft office suite.* Develop and implement PMO practices, with a focus on DevSecOps integration.* Maintain project documentation within Azure DevSecOps, including schedules, reports, and pipelines.* Schedule, coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops related to PMO role.* Assist in tracking project milestones and deadlines, leveraging Azure Boards and such like including Microsoft's Office suite.* Maintain and update project management tools within Azure DevSecOps, such as work items and sprint planning.* Prepare project status reports using data from Azure DevSecOps / PowerBI dashboards for stakeholders.* Assist in budget administration, tracking and financial reporting for technology projects/programs* Manage communication between the PMO and program delivery teams.* Ensure compliance with PMO processes and templates* Support onboarding of new program team members* Handle administrative tasks such as organising meetings, files, handling inquiries, and managing relevant program/project correspondence in a PMO context.* Assist with risk and issue tracking using Azure DevSecOps tools and such like including MS Office suite.* Coordinate resource allocation and scheduling, integrating Azure DevOps tools for team collaboration.* Assist in the preparation of presentations for project updates and governance meetings as needed.* Maintain project-related databases and records, including version control and artefact management in Azure Repos and such like including MS Office suite.* Assist with ADO mentoring/support queries related to the technology program.* Liaise with central PMO as needed in relation to associated PMO tasks
