Responsibilities:

  • Support our advisors by inputting client data into the system
  • Create applications for clients and ensure they are processed efficiently
  • Answer client queries via phone and email
  • Liaise with lenders and insurance providers to obtain quotes and follow up on applications
  • Prepare and submit mortgage and protection applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
  • Maintain and update client records in the CRM system
  • Schedule and manage appointments for advisors
  • Assist with the preparation of client review packs and reports
  • Monitor the progress of applications and keep clients informed of their status
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by the advisors.
