Position: Experienced Barista

Hours:Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm or8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Contract:Temp to Perm

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent position. As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional coffee and customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages according to established recipes and standards.

Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling transactions.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment.

Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.

Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Barista, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques.

Ability to get and from this location.- Reading Winners Triangle

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Flexibility to work weekdays, Monday to Friday, during daytime hours 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
