About the Job
This role is responsible for administering the customer order process, ensuring accurate sales order processing, ERP data management, and effective customer communication. The successful applicant will liaise with internal departments to support seamless operations and contribute to process improvements.
Duties will include:
- Processing sales orders.
- Managing customer data entry and updates within the ERP system.
- Communicating with customers to address queries and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborating with finance, project management, and warehousing teams.
- Supporting help desk inquiries and providing timely resolutions.
- Conducting monthly order analysis and other reporting tasks.
About the Successful Applicant
You will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, strong IT skills including ERP systems, and a customer-focused attitude. Effective communication, organisational skills, and familiarity with invoicing, export documentation, and basic accounting principles are essential.
