As they continue to expand, they are looking for a talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join tehir growing team.

Position Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in driving sales efforts by identifying and engaging potential clients. You will be the first point of contact, responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting the stage for successful sales engagements. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to contribute to our growth and be a part of a forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect Identification: Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including social media, online databases, and industry events.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce our solutions and generate interest.
  • Qualifying Prospects: Assess potential clients' needs and pain points, and qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure alignment with our solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to effectively position our solutions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an outbound SaaS sales role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
  • Driven and Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a strong work ethic, motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
