Our client is a successful and well established Group operating in the hospitality/ retail sector with businesses across the UK and, more recently, in several European countries. They are now looking to add an experienced Business Analyst to their Supply Chain transformation team. You will be a key member of the team working across the Group’s Supply Chain and other Support functions to deliver digital implementation and process enhancements in line with the organisation’s digital Supply Chain strategy.

This is a highly visible role with responsibility for delivering a range of projects and reports to tight deadlines whilst working with multiple internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority. The job holder will be an experienced Business Analyst with strong skills in analysing and documenting business requirements. Excellent communication skills will be key to the success of the role, both written and verbal. Energy and resilience are also prerequisite as you navigate the challenges of delivering a critical transformation programme in what can sometimes be an unstructured environment. A background in the retail or hospitality sectors would be helpful.

The position is attached to the firm’s Reading office with the expectation that the job holder will work in the office 2-3 days per week.
