My client, a highly successful Change Management / Transformation consultancy working closely with some of the well-respected names in the UK and across the globe, are looking for a Delivery Manager to join their ranks.

You will have an in-depth background in Change Management and Transformation with an understanding of project management, leadership and delivery. Due to my client being a boutique consultancy - their ideal candidate will come from a consultancy background, along with a history of spearheading vital projects. It will also be highly beneficial if you have a background involving process improvements and operational reviews.
My client has a fantastic range of clients within all sectors, so you will enjoy a mixture of experience and challenging projects within the Change Management field. With a focus upon performance improvement solutions - within areas such as organisational change and behavioural understanding.
With this being a consultancy, and underlining your importance as a Delivery Manager, you will be required to travel to client sites and realistically be prepared to be based on the project site from Monday to Thursday. Whilst the majority of projects are UK based, there is also a wonderful opportunity for potential foreign travel. Please note: As this role is client site based - your home location can be flexible in relation to my client's HQ.
