Are you a Maintenance Manager / FM or similar with experience over-seeing Teams, to represent a world-renowned Educational Institution and Luxury Hotel where you will be the go-to person for organising all maintenance works onsite with unrivalled company benefits and significant earning enhancements?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Manager to oversee strategic and reactive maintenance across a prestigious academic and Hotel estate. The Institution is looking for a leader who will act as front of house for all maintenance matters on a multi-estate comprised of education intuitions, accommodation and luxury hotel - this post will be predominantly based in Henley.

The Role:

* Lead Maintenance Operations on a multi estate comprising of educational facilities, Luxury hotel

The Candidate:

* Facilities or Maintenance Management

* Experience Man-Manager (Overseeing Trades / Maintenance staff)

* In-depth knowledge of building management systems and maintenance protocols.
