Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for a client-side role with strategic oversight of a high-profile industrial site? Cobalt are partnering with a leading real estate organisation to find a Facilities Manager to oversee the operations of a major industrial asset in Berkshire.

Key responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth operation of the site, managing all hard and soft FM services.
Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, service partners, and occupiers to deliver a high standard of service.
Monitor budgets, ensuring cost-effective facilities management.
Drive sustainability initiatives and continuous improvements across the site.

About you:

Proven experience in facilities management within an industrial, logistics, or large commercial environment.
Strong understanding of hard and soft services, with the ability to manage service providers effectively.
IOSH or NEBOSH qualification preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
