Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for a client-side role with strategic oversight of a high-profile industrial site? Cobalt are partnering with a leading real estate organisation to find a Facilities Manager to oversee the operations of a major industrial asset in Berkshire.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the site, managing all hard and soft FM services.

  • Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, service partners, and occupiers to deliver a high standard of service.

  • Monitor budgets, ensuring cost-effective facilities management.

  • Drive sustainability initiatives and continuous improvements across the site.

About you:

  • Proven experience in facilities management within an industrial, logistics, or large commercial environment.

  • Strong understanding of hard and soft services, with the ability to manage service providers effectively.

  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualification preferred.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
