An award winning and leading Build-to-Rent operator is recruiting for a Facilities Manager who will be based in a high-end Build-to-Rent development in Reading. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring the building meets standards of safety, appearance and overall functionality. Overview:
- Facilities Manager (BTR)
- Location: Reading
- Salary: Up to £55,000
Responsibilities of the Facilities Manager include:
- Manage a team of Maintenance professionals.
- Oversee and perform technical and mechanical work.
- Carry out building inspections.
- Supervise maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure health & safety and compliance requirements are met.
The person:
- Prior experience as a Facilities Manager within residential property.
- Comprehensive understanding of building maintenance and H&S compliance.
- IOSH/NEBOSH.
