Head Chef - Growing Dining Group

Location: Reading, Berkshire
Salary: Up to £45,000.00 per annum

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at a thriving pub restaurant located in Reading. This popular establishment offers a blend of traditional British pub classics and modern dishes, with an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients and seasonal produce.

As the Head Chef, you will take full responsibility for the daily operation of the kitchen, ensuring that high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene are maintained. You will also work closely with management to develop and implement new menu ideas that reflect the restaurant's ethos and appeal to a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
