The Package

• Head Chef
• Up £37,000 Per Annum
• 40 hour contracts
• Paid overtime

The Job Role

• A Head chef to lead a late night venue
• AHead chef to take full ownership and responsibilities over the kitchen.
• A Head chef who influence extends to he customer service, where you are responsible forservice quality and operational outcomes that shape each visit
• To continually drive standards of food service forward within the late night venue
• A Head chef developing a high-performing and motivated team
• A Head chef that can lead from the front and push the business future forward

The Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator
• Experience with managing a team is a must
• Either a Head chef or Sous chef that a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
• The successful Head chef will have similar experience in a restaurant style background
• An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
• AHead chef or sous chef that can lead from the front with excellent communication skills.
• A chef happy to work in a late night venue is a must.
