As Head Chef you will be responsible for creating accolade worthy seasonal menus. Managing and developing a small brigade, dealing with suppliers and achieving a target food gross profit. Due to the size of the business this is an ideal first Head Chef appointment. Therefore, you must have had Sous Chef experience within quality focused restaurant or hotels to a minimum of 2 AA rosette level.
