Are you a Sales Manager with a background in Heating /Plumbing products, looking to join a global-leading business, within an autonomous and rewarding Senior position where you will be directly responsible for driving the business's success, with the chance to boost your earnings through commission?
You will use your specialist knowledge to understand clients' problems, to provide bespoke solutions across a plethora of products including thermostats, programmers and hydro-electrical heating devices. This role would suit an Area Sales Manager looking for an autonomous and varied field based role with a great benefits package, and the opportunity to have a real impact in a growing company.The role:
- Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services - developing new applications.
- Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentations; understanding account requirements.
- Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts; explaining product/ service capabilities, overcoming objections and preparing contracts.
- Contribute information to the market strategy by monitoring competitor products/activities and feedback account reactions to management/marketing departments.
- Recommend new products and services by evaluating current product results; identify customer and market needs
