The position is for a Business Development Manager in the 2 Man Distribution/Logistics sector, with a salary range of £60K to £70K base plus an £8K car allowance and an OTE of £90K plus uncapped earnings.
The client is one of the largest logistics companies in the UK, looking for a candidate to develop their sales portfolio and target large volume accounts.
Candidates should have strong experience in 2 Man Deliveries and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, demonstrating a new business hunter mentality.
Excellent relationship-building skills, the ability to identify opportunities, and strong closing ability are essential for success in this role.
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and must have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Salary £60K to £70K Base, Plus £8K Car Allowance OTE £90K Plus + Uncapped

Our Client is one of the largest Logistics Companies in the UK

They require a BDM to join the team to further develop their sales portfolio in the Country targeting and winning some large volume accounts selling Logistics, Storage, Pick and Pack services

Experienced at successfully working to and exceeding set Sales Targets, New Business Hunter and a real Go Getter with strong experience of 2 Man Deliveries

Excellent relationship building / identifying opportunities and closing ability.

Ability to prioritise, organise & manage time efficiently essential.

A self starter. Able to work successfully on own initiative, but also as part of the team.

Able to negotiate at all levels and a superb communicator, networker and closer of all type and levels of business.

Ability to maintain internal & external professional relationships.
