Join our team in Basingstoke as a Car Sales Manager, responsible for driving sales performance and managing a team to meet set targets. This role offers the opportunity to engage in multiple vehicle launches and play a significant role in the fleet market.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Supervise sales operations to ensure profit maximization and sales targets achievement.
  • Engage customers through direct outreach, delivering compelling sales pitches to encourage purchases.
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturers on significant opportunities to maximize potential.
  • Motivate the sales team, assess their performance, and guide them towards achieving goals.
  • Partner with marketing to enhance overall sales while ensuring brand compliance.
  • Analyse sales data to inform strategic decisions and provide effective aftersales support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
