An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional Manager to lead Reed's Southwest region in the education sector. We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual with a passion for success to manage our high performing education teams.

As a Regional Manager, you will lead multiple teams of expert recruiters, ensuring optimal performance through direct management or guiding other managers. You will build key client relationships and collaborate with colleagues to expand our recruitment business within your region.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Be the driving force, both personally and through your teams to deliver exceptional service to clients to maximise opportunity to generate future revenue
  • Act as a point of escalation for any client queries or complaints which cannot be managed by the Business Manager, or Area Manager
  • Attend service and sales client meetings to increase market share in your area and strive to win new business for your offices
  • Champion Win, Grow and Retain to strive for excellent client retention, improving client satisfaction and repeat business
  • Responsible for the delivery of established commercial targets across a designated geographical area
  • Establishing stretch targets for high performers to ensure that they remain challenged, motivated, and engaged in their roles
  • Drive sales activity through strategic team sales days
  • Design and implement team business plans forecasting by period, quarter and annually ensuring year on year growth
  • Accurately analyse and report on financial information such as P&Ls and MI reports
  • Ability to manage offices with full P&L responsibility and a focus on business development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in recruitment, whether from a primary, secondary, or SEN desk background is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in day-to-day supply, long-term placement, and permanent recruitment for schools is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a strategic and positive mindset.
  • Exceptional ability to motivate and inspire teams through effective leadership.
