Field Sales Manager

Agricultural Field Sales Manager required. Our client is a long-standing family business that have been in the agricultural industry for over 100 years. They are now looking for an Agricultural Field Sales Manager due to the growth of the business. This will be for the Reading depot.

Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, have a good understanding of modern farming and contracting practices, be self-motivated and present a professional image to the customer. A sound product knowledge is required, although ongoing industry leading training at the CLAAS Academy together with a personal development plan will be put in place.

• Demonstrate and sell a range of premium brand agricultural machinery from CLAAS and a number of other key franchises.
• Visiting clients to build relationships.

• 3+ Years' experience in the industry and a similar position.
• Must have a full UK driving licence.
• The ability to communicate with customers and other work colleagues with a flexible approach to completing the assigned tasks.
• Experience in agricultural machinery and farming practice.

• Salary: 30,000 - 45,000 per annum + OTE
• Working Hours: 8am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday, plus additional hours and weekend work as required due to seasonal demands.
• Holiday Package: 24 days + 8BH
• Pension - 3% employee contribution and 7% employer contribution

• Overtime available (Mon - Sat time and a half, Sunday - double time, bank holiday Monday - double time & day in lieu)
