Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing loyalty marketing strategies to drive customer retention and enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimise loyalty programmes.
  • Analysing customer data and insights to inform and improve loyalty initiatives.
  • Managing and monitoring the loyalty programme budget to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Developing and maintain effective relationships with key partners and vendors.
  • Coordinating with the marketing and agency team to integrate loyalty initiatives across channels.
  • Keeping abreast of retail industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure the company remains competitive.

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience within an FMCG/Retail business
  • Proven experience in managing loyalty programmes
  • Strong analytical skills to effectively interpret customer data and insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the retail industry and its trends.
  • Proficiency in using marketing technology and tools.
