Are you an Operations Manager or similar, from a coaching or mentoring background looking to join a company with an international reach and billion pound turnover, where you can make a direct impact on the success of a rapidly growing franchise?
In this role you will be leading and supporting franchisees in boosting sales and streamlining operations through coaching, guidance, and strategic planning, with a focus on growth and performance improvement.
The role will involve frequent travel to various franchises.
This company are a global network providing a range of business services, including shipping, logistics, printing, and marketing solutions for small to medium-sized businesses and individuals.
This role would suit an Operations Manager or similar from a sales background, looking to join a rapidly expanding business where you will directly impact the success of the businesses and franchisees.
The Role
- Boost franchise sales and operational performance.
- Provide coaching and strategic support.
- Track sales data and ensure quality standards.
- Frequent travel for on-site assistance.
- Monday - Friday, 40 hours
