My client, a leading management consultancy in change management and transformation, is seeking a Sales Executive.
The role involves generating a pipeline of sales meetings for Directors through outbound phone sales, cold calling, and relationship building.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven history in cold calling and outbound sales.
The base salary for this position ranges from £35,000 to £40,000, with an uncapped commission structure and additional benefits.

Sales Executive role:

Generate a pipeline of sales meeting for Directors
Outbound phone sales, cold calling, relationship building
You will be provided regular training and coaching
B2B sales to companies including FTSE100 / Fortune 500

Your Sales Executive background:

A minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience
A history of cold calling and outbound sales
Proactive, good time management skills and enjoy working on a team

Salary:

Base salary - £35-40k, with an uncapped commission structure on top , Performance Bonus, Pension, BUPA, Life Assurance, Parking on site, Casual work attire.
