Sales Manager
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a dynamic team within our Channel Division.
This role is key to driving growth and revenue, developing effective sales strategies within the account base and fostering a culture of consultative sales excellence in a rapidly evolving market.
Ideally, we are looking for..
- Proven experience in direct sales people management with a track record of driving revenue growth
- Experience of directly managing and developing key accounts
- Expertise in developing and implementing account manager strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
- Industry knowledge in Professional services, L&D or IT sectors attractive.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Develop and implement strategic Account Manager strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Manage and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
- Oversee budgeting, target setting, and forecasting to meet financial goals.
- Support direct account management and respond to market tenders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales performance through training and development.
