We are seeking a Sales Operations Executive to join our growing Data and Insights team! Are you a detail orientated, data-driven individual looking to start your career in Sales Operations?

This internal role supports our Salesforce platform and other tools critical to sales activities for both our team as well as Clients. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, accurate reporting to boost sales productivity and provide valuable insights for internal and client-facing needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily administration of Salesforce and related platforms (Salesloft, ZoomInfo)
  • 1st line Sales Operations support, managing the ticket queue and stakeholder updates
  • Data management with Dataloader for imports, exports, and fixes
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and Excel analyses (VLOOKUPS, pivot tables)
  • Create and document processes for sales operations
  • Learn and apply advanced Salesforce features (integrations, lightning pages, flows)
  • Support broader sales operations projects

A bit about you

  • Looking to start a career within Sales Operations
  • Salesforce experience (any capacity) and B2B sales knowledge is a plus
  • Proactive, detail-orientated, and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, highly organized, and able to handle a fast-paced environment
