The Company
We are a leading wholesaler of coffee equipment and consumables for the hospitality industry, with a strong reputation across the UK and Europe. Our diverse product range is widely used across the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) sector. After a highly successful year in 2023, we are expanding our team by adding a Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead growth through major accounts and new business opportunities.
The Role
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will:
- Be a key part of our hospitality division, responsible for managing major HoReCa accounts.
- Focus on both nurturing existing client relationships and driving new business within the coffee sector.
- Increase sales volume by expanding product listings and introducing new lines to clients across coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, education, and healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to support client projects, ensuring successful implementation of new products and services.
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities to grow business in both existing and new markets.
- Play a pivotal role in the overall growth of our HoReCa segment, contributing to the company’s success.
The Person
We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee and has a strong background in sales and business development. Key attributes include:
- A proven track record in coffee and coffee equipment sales, ideally within the HoReCa sector.
- Experience managing key accounts, with a focus on relationship-driven sales and distribution management.
- The ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Willingness to travel as needed and strong proficiency with IT systems and CRM tools.
