An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Pangbourne as a Deputy Practice Manager to be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, running, and management of the Practice.

As the Deputy Practice Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the practice runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Overseeing reception / admin staff
  • Interacting with patients and coordinating appointments
  • Handling complaints
  • Completing all staff inductions / training of new staff members
  • Assisting with staff development
  • Overseeing the general maintenance of the practice property and equipment
  • Assist with marketing and arranging events

The successful Deputy Practice Manager will have the following related skills / experience:

  • Previous supervising / team leading experience
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Strong administrator
