Job Title: Mandarin speaking Senior Operation Executive - Reading

The Skills You'll Need: Mandarin, business operations and team coordinate experience.

What You'll be Doing:

  • Daily Business Management: Responsible for the efficient and smooth execution of daily operational activities to ensure business operations run seamlessly.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate the work of team members, ensuring clear tasks and responsibilities, and timely completion of work.
  • Process Optimization: Analyse and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure optimal business operations.
  • Problem Solving: Timely resolution of operational issues, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure quick problem resolution.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyse operational data, and formulate corresponding strategies, and plans to support the achievement of business goals.
  • Team Training: Responsible for training new employees and ensuring continuous improvement of the team's professional knowledge and skills.
  • Coordination with Other Departments: Work closely with sales, marketing, customers, and other departments to ensure coordination across all aspects of the business.

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Relevant Experience: Solid experience in a related field, with preference given to those with team management experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to lead and guide a team effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, able to make the right decisions quickly under pressure.
  • Data Analysis: Strong data analysis skills, capable of formulating reasonable business strategies based on data.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong team collaboration skills, able to effectively coordinate cooperation between different departments.
