Nursery Manager

Nurse Seekers are proud to be working on behalf of a well-established childcare provider who are looking to recruit a Nursery Manager for their quality Day Nursery based near Aldermaston, Reading.

The ideal Nursery Manager candidate will have management and leadership experience and will play a pivotal role in leading the team to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for the children. You will ensure high standards of care, lead the nursery’s curriculum, and build strong relationships with parents and the local community.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • A qualified and experienced Nursery Manager (Minimum Level 3 or equivalent in Childcare)
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management
  • A passion for early childhood education and development
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety standards
