Pre-Commissioning Engineer

Job Title: Pre-Commissioning Engineer. Location: Reading, Berkshire. Salary / Benefits £25k - £48k + Training + BenefitsOur client is a privately owned and independent Water Treatment company who have a presence across the South East. They are now looking to recruit a hard-working and conscientious Pre-Commissioning Engineer. The successful candidate will be carrying out various pre-commissioning duties across Commercial, Industrial, Leisure and Local Authority sites, ensuring work is carried out in line with specific site plans and BSRIA guidelines. Experience & Qualifications: " Will have experience working as a Pre-Commissioning Engineer for an established Water Treatment company. " Able to demonstrate excellent working knowledge of BSRIA guidelines." Excellent IT skills. " Able to work to deadlines. " Excellent communication skills. The Role:" Visiting Commercial, Industrial, Local Authority, and Leisure sites, carrying out flushing of primary / secondary systems and fan coil units. " Pre-commissioning and chemical cleans on LTHW and CHW systems. " Flushing of manifolds, underfloor heating and HRU's etc. " Setting TMV's" Mains injections and domestic pipework cleans. " Checking water flow rates and velocities. " Undertaking backflushing and power flushing of systems. " Ensuring work complies with BSRIA guidelines. " Carrying out work in line with site specific plans. " Liaising with clients, providing support and technical advice when required.
