Our client are a reputable multi-national electronics company, they operate within a wide range of sectors, and produce products which are world renowned for reliability and quality. They are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive who can become a key member of there expanding sales team, and support growth both internally and externally with customers.

Goal:

Exceed monthly sales targets by actively promoting ICT, Content Services, and MPS Solutions, while building strong customer relationships to improve portfolio growth and customer value. You’ll report to the Inside Sales Manager and work within the current sales team structure.

This will occur while targeting both existing and new business across all sectors: Commercial, Corporate, and Public. You will leverage the full range of subscription services, hardware, software, and professional services offered by our client to drive growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the sales process from initial contact to close.
  • Manage and grow a predefined customer base.
  • Show initiative to sell ICT, Content Services, and MPS Solutions.
  • Identify key decision-makers in target accounts.
  • Make use of resources like marketing, social media, and business generation tools.
  • Maintain CRM (Salesforce) and hit KPIs.
  • Maintain a close-knit relationship with SOP staff so that the appropriate level of detail is provided ensuring purchase ordering and invoicing is on time.
  • Manage and develop strong client relationships and ensure renewals.
  • Respond to customer service desk tickets and presales requests.
  • Maintain and ensure to update SFDC as per guidelines and KPI’s.
  • Collaborate with technical and support teams for accurate order processing.
  • Improve knowledge of total BS & MPS Portfolio

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Excellent time management and pipeline organisation.
  • Negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to cross-sell and offer creative solutions to customers.
  • Capable of delivering tailored presentations.
  • Industry experience would be advantageous.
