THE COMPANY

You will be a key member of the team who will want to grow with the agency as they enter into this hugely exciting period.

THE ROLE

They are now looking for a Commercial Director to join the team and be responsible for overseeing the growth of the business and driving current client relationships.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  •  Working closely with the CEO and MD to ensure the team are delivering
  • Working closely with key accounts and building on the relationship
  • Bringing new business to the company and driving this forward
  • Attending networking events and dinners to engage with potential clients
  • Work with Operations Director to reduce costs where appropriate and grow bottom line returns.
  • Working across both sides of the business - warehouse and studio
  • Working collaboratively with the whole team and overseeing progress

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with clients in the production space previously and understand the event process. You will need to be open to working collaboratively whilst leading by example and driving the team forward.
