Our client based in Reading are looking for an organised, hardworking and dedicated individual to join their team on a temporary basis for 3 - 4 months. You will be supporting a number of Project, Contract and Site managers helping with document control, minute taking, a number of administrative duties and attending a variety of meetings every week.

This role is fully office based however once trained hybrid may become available. Our client can consider full time or part time hours.

You must be available to work every Wednesday as this is when meetings take place.

Responsibilities include, however are not limited to:

  • Attending site meetings to take minutes
  • Sending all minutes onto the correct department
  • Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager
  • Action the weekly progress survey,
  • Training on a construction programme and then reviewing and processing for approval
  • Collecting and processing site notes and then providing to the correct contact for approval
  • Managing all construction paperwork
  • Generating supplier & sub contractor indexes
  • Training on Health and Safety paperwork/submissions and manage applications
  • Updating and managing design/amendments to CPP
  • Collating data using Master Manual and producing project O&M and H&S to ensure projects are ready for clients
  • Managing site visits and agreeing logbook actions with PM/SM
  • Filing and management of project paperwork
  • Liaising with sub contractors and suppliers for site managers. This could include chasing for site visits via phone and email

The successful candidate must be highly organised with high attention to detail as you will be working closely with documents and senior members of the team. Strong communication skills and minute taking abilities are required.

It is essential to have construction industry experience.
