ML77- Project Manager.Salary: £39,000-£42,000.Location: Reading.Overview:First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Project Manager on behalf of one of our clients.Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day delivery of projects
- Building relationships with clients
- Development of project documentation and reporting
- Attend, chair and record meetings as appropriate
- Produce reports to suit relevant stages of the projects
- Identifying and developing innovative solutions for clients
- Assisting with leading and managing multidisciplinary design teams
- Assisting with conducting feasibility studies, including site surveys, site investigation, site evaluation, etc
- Monitoring and reporting on contractor’s progress on site
- Supporting the team in developing new business opportunities
- Supporting the team managing existing client relationships
- Developing skills that will enable you to provide single point of contact taking responsibility for all aspects of the project and liaise with clients
Skills and qualifications:
- Construction project management experience is essential
- Experience using Microsoft Office software and Microsoft Project
- Degree in a construction related subject is desirable, but not essential. All degree backgrounds will be considered
- Experience of delivering presentations
- Excellent communication skills to have gravitas with senior professionals
- Experience in report writing
- Diploma/BSc/MSc in project management
- You will ideally be working (or considering to work) towards achieving one of the qualifications (MRICS/ MCIOB/ MAPM/ PRINCE2)
Salary: £39,000-£42,000.Location: Reading.
