What You’ll Be Doing:
Taking the reins on busy caseloads with a variety of domestic conveyancing transactions
- Interacting with clients, agents, and solicitors confidently, offering guidance and support every step of the way
- Handling every aspect of a conveyancing transaction including:
- Preparing draft contracts
- Raising and answering inquiries
- Managing exchanges and completion paperwork
- Navigating land registry applications and stamp duty submissions
- Being a key point of contact for all stakeholders and ensuring smooth, seamless transactions from start to finish with the support of the fee earners.
