Join our client in Basingstoke, as a Client Services Advisor. They specialise in storage, fulfilment, pick & pack, eCommerce, secondary contract packing, and distribution services. As part of their ongoing growth and expansion in the eCommerce sector, they are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support their Client Services Supervisor in delivering a first-class client experience.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Ensure all client orders are processed and delivered on time, liaising with carriers when necessary.
  • Maintain seamless and engaging communication with clients, including onboarding new accounts.
  • Manage end-to-end project execution, always looking for ways to improve service offerings.
  • Monitor backorders and manage returns efficiently.
  • Support operations in service delivery.
  • Handle client requests via email and telephone, ensuring a professional and solution-oriented approach.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in fulfilment, production, or eCommerce.
  • Proven ability to manage client accounts and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with B2B and B2C project delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • A solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience working within an operational team.
  • Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English (Grade C or above).
