Key Responsibilities:

As a Concierge Service Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting clients with a warm and friendly demeanour, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Assisting clients with inquiries, providing information about services, local attractions, and amenities.
  • Coordinating and managing various requests, including reservations, transportation, and event planning.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and requests to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure all client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Handling customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and a focus on resolution.
  • Upholding the values and standards of our concierge service at all times.
