Due to the location, you must be a driver and have access to your own transport.Associated benefits as the Customer Service Coordinator:• Monday to Thursday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch break) and 9.00am 4.30pm on a Friday with 30 minutes lunch break• Competitive salary of 26k p/a• 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays• Hybrid working after 6-month probation period (2-3 days working from home)• Social events and a friendly and supportive team!As the Customer Service Coordinator you will:• Process orders received through different systems promptly.• Pack and post small sample requests for UK and European customers and maintaining sample stock levels• Manage customer back orders by coordinating with relevant departments and keeping customers informed throughout the process.• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and escalations via telephone and email• Raise invoices and accurately process credits.• Communicate with 3rd party warehouse and freight forwarders regarding delivery enquiriesWho we are looking for:We are looking for a highly organised individual with strong customer service skills who can step into this varied role of processing customer orders, back orders and handling escalations. The ideal person should approach their work day with an enthusiastic attitude, should be able to work well under pressure and recognise the value of teamwork. Previous Customer Service experience is desired but not essential as this role would be ideal for a recent graduate looking to start their career!
