Team Leader – Supply Chain & Customer Support Location: Reading | Full-time | Travel Required | Languages Desired Italian or Spanish

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading and motivating your team to smash KPI & SLA targets.
  • Handling escalations, resolving issues, and keeping operations running smoothly.
  • Providing top-notch customer service via email, CRM, and phone.
  • Managing internal projects – from new stock implementation to warehouse audits.
  • Collaborating across departments to bring efficiency and value to our customers.
  • Upholding our core values of respect, teamwork, and integrity.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 3+ years leading supply chain/customer support teams.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and relationship-building.
  • Tech-Savvy: Confident with Outlook, MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookup), and CRM systems.
  • Communication: Professional English (written & spoken). Italian/Spanish is a bonus!
  • Flexibility: Willing to travel across Europe when needed.
