What You’ll Be Doing- Leading and motivating your team to smash KPI & SLA targets.
- Handling escalations, resolving issues, and keeping operations running smoothly.
- Providing top-notch customer service via email, CRM, and phone.
- Managing internal projects – from new stock implementation to warehouse audits.
- Collaborating across departments to bring efficiency and value to our customers.
- Upholding our core values of respect, teamwork, and integrity.
- Experience: 3+ years leading supply chain/customer support teams.
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and relationship-building.
- Tech-Savvy: Confident with Outlook, MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookup), and CRM systems.
- Communication: Professional English (written & spoken). Italian/Spanish is a bonus!
- Flexibility: Willing to travel across Europe when needed.
