Package: £62,440 - £75,000 (depending on your suitability, qualifications, and level of experience)

We are currently recruiting for a Science Business Operations Manager to lead the Integrated Services Team in Science Business Operations. This role supports the delivery and operational capability of science, information management, data analytics and fiscal management.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an innovative thinker with experience of leading a multi-disciplinary team who support the delivery and operational capability of Science. You should have experience of fiscal budget management and an understanding of corporate insights and analytics. This is a delivery focused role so a track record of delivery and the ability to communicate with a range of Stakeholders across the business is imperative.

We do need you to have the following:

  • Degree level qualification or equivalent demonstratable experience
  • Proven track record of planning and delivering complex programmes of work
  • Accomplished in the analysis and reporting of key performance indicators

Important things you need to know:

  • You will need to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role. This will be funded by AWE. The nature of our work does mean you need to be a British Citizen who has been resident in the UK for the past 5 years in order to apply for SC clearance and 10 years for DV.

Hybrid working is available for this role on an informal, non-contractual basis. Typically 2days onsite per week.
