Our client is recruiting for a fantastic Nursery Practitioner to join their vibrant and established nursery in Reading! If you're a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for early years education, this could be your dream job!

About the Role:

As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the lives of young children, providing them with a nurturing and stimulating environment where they can thrive.

What you'll be doing:

  • Creating engaging and fun activities that spark children's curiosity and encourage their development.
  • Building strong relationships with children and their families, fostering a warm and supportive atmosphere.
  • Observing and recording children's progress, identifying their individual needs and supporting their learning journey.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care, adhering to nursery policies and procedures.
  • Working collaboratively with your team to create a positive and inspiring learning environment.
  • Bringing your creativity and passion to every day, making a real difference in the lives of young children.

What you'll need:

  • A minimum Level 2 Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
  • A genuine love for working with children and a passion for early years education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and adults
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A new DBS check will be required.
