The ASD Classroom Assistant position in Theale offers a salary range of £18,000 to £24,000 per annum, equating to £83.50 to £90 per day on a pro-rata basis.
This full-time role is term time only, with working hours from 08:30 am to 3:15 pm.
The successful candidate will work with students in Reception to Year 6 who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or suspected ASD, supporting those on Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
Candidates should have prior experience working with children with ASD or additional needs, along with strong communication skills, patience, and empathy.
